Groupons are for FIRST TIME clients only. If you've been to Star Fire Spa previously, you are no longer a first time client. The purpose of the Groupon is for clients to try our services at a discounted price and then return as a regular client.
If you purchased an advanced beauty skin service from Groupon, then you have to receive an Advance Consultation prior to service. Advanced Beauty Services are Chemical Exfoliant Peels, Microdermabrasion, Skin Tightening, Collagen HA+ Treatment, and all Skinceutical brand services. We offer Consultation on Mondays only. Once a Consultation has been conducted, we will prepare your skin two weeks prior to the service, then you will be able to receive the first treatment using the introductory offer. We provide our esthetic services this way as it maximizes the best outcome to achieve your goals, which will be discussed at the Consultation.
The Advance Consultation is a a separate service. The regular price is $55 for 30-45 mins for a professional evaluation and skin care program. We occasionally offer specials on the Consultation, and we suggest reaching out to us by email at Reservations@starfirespa.com to learn about our special offers. All appointments are booked online at www.starfirespa.com, and are reserved with a valid credit card. At your first skin service, you will redeem the Groupon Voucher. We also advise to let us know you have a Groupon voucher at the time of your Consultation to add the voucher into your personal Star Fire Spa account.
Please review the spa policy on our website, as you will be held accountable. During the online booking process, you will have to provide a valid credit card, and you will have to agree to the Spa Policy to book an appointment. Groupon has information stated in the fine print of the voucher, that a credit card and a consultation is required.
If you have questions, you may email the reservation center at Reservations@starfirespa.com. Please know, that we do not book the appointment for you. You will have to book online. The booking system will automatically generate the soonest available date and time. All of our appointments book up quickly. We do not accept walk-ins, and we are by appointment only. Once an appointment is officially booked, then you will receive an automated email and/ or text message immediately to inform you, that the appointment was made successfully. Three days prior to the appointment, a confirmation email or text message will be sent again.
We do not provide Groupons as gifts. This means if your first and last name are not in the Groupon database, you will not be able to receive a service with us. A driver's licence, state ID or passport will be asked to verify information. We will not accept any other forms of ID, such as school ID or a parking ticket.
Example: You can't buy your mom a voucher, as it will be your name in the database.
If your Groupon is expired, you will have to pay the additional fees to receive the services.
At the Consultation you may find out, that you are not a candidate for a service. You will need to call Groupon Customer Support at for a refund. Groupon expects you to call, as you are currently their customer. You will let Groupon know, that you are a non-candidate.

You are welcome to buy the Groupon service, which is recommended for you. It is best to receive the Consultation prior to buying the Groupon Voucher to avoid waiting for a refund, then to purchase the service, which is recommended for you.
Massage Therapy:. First time Clients to Star Fire Spa for massage therapy do not need a consultation, and may book online. We have a male massage therapist. No need for a consultation. Consultation is for skincare Clients only.
Reiki Energy: First time Clients to Star Fire Spa receiving a reiki session may book for the next available Saturday. No need for a consultation. Consultation is for skincare Clients only.
Once you have used a Groupon voucher at Star Fire Spa for any service, then you will not be able to use them again, as you are now an established Client to the facility.
We have the right to refuse service at anytime for any reason.
